Choose one task.
Write down what good looks like.

Use these six questions to prepare a small AI test. Put your answers in a document and share them with the person who will review the result.

1. The task

What do you want to produce? Keep it specific: a summary of an inquiry, a first draft of a reply, or an action list from notes.

2. The source

What information should the AI use? Identify the document or message, and remove personal details the task does not need.

3. The finished result

Write one good example yourself. Specify the format, length and details that must appear.

4. The unknowns

What should happen when something is missing? Ask for gaps to be marked instead of filled with a guess.

5. The reviewer

Who checks the result before it is sent or used? Name the person and the facts they need to verify.

6. The comparison

How long does the task take now? Include checking and corrections when comparing the AI-assisted version.
